Thank you for your participation. Dear exhibitors, please read the following information carefully before completing the registration form.

1. 1. Due to limited space, booth allocation and registration are subject to submitting the form and paying the specified exhibition fees.
   2. The exhibition area currently includes Halls A4, A5, A6, and the Nations Hall. These halls are rated A+.
   3. If you wish to request the same booth location as the previous edition, please select the relevant option in the registration form.

4. If you are interested in exhibition sponsorship or advertising opportunities, please select the relevant option in the registration form.
5. Hall A5, the entrances to Halls A4 and A6, and part of the Nations Hall will be designated as sponsorship areas for Iran Med 2025. Additional participation costs for these areas will be announced to interested companies.
6. The minimum participation area is 15 square meters.
7. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information entered in the initial application form matches their company details. The Organizing Committee accepts no responsibility for any discrepancies.
8. All products displayed must have an IRC code or the relevant permits.
9. As the exhibition space rates have not yet been finalized by the Shahr-e Aftab International Exhibition Center, participation and registration fees will initially be calculated at a base rate of 2,600,000 tomans per square meter. The final rates will be announced soon.
10. As in previous editions, a 30% discount will be available to manufacturing companies that are members of the Association of Medical, Dental, Laboratory Equipment and Pharmaceutical Supplies Manufacturers of Iran or other national manufacturers’ associations. Importing companies that are members of the Iranian Medical Equipment Traders Union or the Iranian Biomedical Engineering Association will receive a 10% discount. Discounts for Iran Med Club members will also remain available this year. These discounts will be applied after membership is confirmed by the relevant associations, at the final invoicing stage. At this stage, all participants will pay the same advance amount of 20% of the base fee.

Payment of Exhibition Fees:

• In the first step, all exhibitors must pay 20% of the cost of their requested area, calculated at the base rate of 2,600,000 tomans per square meter, to the organizer’s account when registering on the website.
• In the next step, after final booth allocation, confirmation of booth types, and submission of documents required for discounts, companies will receive their final invoices and instructions for paying the remaining balance.

Participation Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the exhibition opens. The remaining amount will be refunded after a deduction of 30% of the amount paid. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing, and a receipt must be obtained from the Organizing Committee.
• Cancellation requests will not be accepted less than 30 days before the exhibition opens. If an allocated booth is not used, no payment will be refunded, and the organizer may allocate the unused booth to another applicant.
• If the exhibition cannot be held due to force majeure, subject to confirmation by the relevant authorities, the amounts paid by participants will be refunded after deduction of costs approved by the Iran Med Policy Council.
  Note: Postponement of the exhibition is not considered force majeure.
